Lakefront Lounge Pool

A lakefront lot gives you a view worth designing around, and a horizon that punishes a pool set out even slightly off-level.

The design

Sun shelf loungers sit at the shallow end and a raised spa holds the far corner, both positioned so the water reads continuously against the lake beyond rather than cutting across it. Behind the pool a full outdoor kitchen and a covered TV wall extend the living space, which is what turns a lakefront pool from something you look at into somewhere the household actually spends its evenings.

How we build it

We map the property with laser scanning before anything is drawn, so elevations, sightlines and the relationship between the deck, the waterline and the lake are known quantities rather than assumptions. The pool, the spa and the outdoor kitchen are then engineered as one set of plans and permitted together.

What you are left with

A gunite shell under a lifetime structural warranty, Jandy equipment under a three-year manufacturer warranty, and a dedicated project manager through construction, inspections and handover.
