Modern Sport Pool

A sport pool asks for a consistent depth and a clear run of water, then has to look like nothing so functional was ever considered.

The design

Sun shelf loungers sit at one end and an integrated sport court for basketball at the other, with a linear fire feature along the raised wall to hold the space once the light goes. The geometry is kept deliberately quiet so the play features read as part of the architecture rather than as equipment dropped into a backyard.

How we build it

Depth transitions, returns and the sport court fixings are all set out at design stage, because they are the details that are expensive to move later. Design, engineering and permitting are handled in-house, which is what keeps a build like this on the timeline the project manager sets at the start.

What you are left with

A pool that works for a game in the afternoon and for dinner beside the fire that evening, under a lifetime structural warranty on the shell.
