A screened lanai does not have to feel like a compromise. Here the enclosure sets the frame, and everything inside it is built to resort scale.
The design
The pool leads with a baja shelf wide enough to hold in-water loungers, so the shallow end is somewhere to spend an afternoon rather than somewhere to walk through. Curved steps carry the line of the shelf into the deeper water, glass tile accents pick up the light coming through the screen, and a cascading water feature gives the enclosure the sound it would otherwise lack.
How we build it
Every pool we build starts as a gunite shell engineered for the soil and water table it sits in, with the design, the engineering and the permitting all handled in-house. That matters most on a screened build, where the enclosure, the deck drainage and the pool have to be set out together rather than negotiated between separate trades after the fact.
What you are left with
The shell carries a lifetime structural warranty and the Jandy equipment a three-year manufacturer warranty. Automation brings the lights, pumps and water feature under one app, so the whole lanai can be set for the evening from a phone.
